Classes include a dance
warm up, cardio
workout/strengthening exercises, stretches, pole tricks,
spins and a Pilates cool down run by an instructor with 20
years of experience in aerobics/P.T./Physique Comp national
winner and former showgirl.
In just a few weeks you'll be far fitter, will have
learned loads of spins, tricks and will be able to climb the
pole and even hang upside down...
Please don't be shy if you
are bigger - it would be great to help you out with this
wonderful fitness form.
